Subject: Poor Fred
While this is one of Astaire and Rogers most familiar efforts, you wouldnt recognize it from this atrocious looking trailer. Badly edited, curiously looking dark in one shot and washed out the next, cutting awkwardly from music to dialogue, and probably using the title card from the beginning of the movie in it as well. Fred should deserve better!

Subject: typical 30s musical
Historically important as the first pairing of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, there's not much to recommend this film other than a few oustanding dance sequences. There is a memorable number involving chorus girls dancing on the wings of plane, but overall this film is boring in the extreme.

Except for one brief shot of Ginger and Fred dancing, this trailer doesn't highlight the movie's strengths, few though they are.
